COMPUTERS: A modicum of price stability will return to the personal computer market, with an attendant tempering of strong growth. Sales could rise by a relatively modest 14%; the pinch on manufacturers’ profit margins will continue. Growth in sales of microprocessors will slow but remain at double-digit levels.
