The following schedule will be in effect: * City, county and federal offices are closed. * County, state and federal courthouses are closed. * City and county libraries are closed. * Banks and savings and loans are closed. * Schools, colleges and universities are closed through Jan. 2. * Mail: Post offices are closed. No mail delivery. * Trash: No service in most cities. * Buses: Limited service. * Parks: City- and county-run parks will be open.
