FULLERTON : Program Planned for Those With Arthritis
An exercise program for people with arthritis will be offered in January by the Fullerton Senior Multi-Service Center and the Orange County region of the Arthritis Foundation.
The PACE, or People with Arthritis Can Exercise, program will concentrate on a series of gentle movements and activities designed to increase mobility and range of motion. The class will meet at 9:30 a.m. Fridays beginning Jan. 7. It is free, but those interested in attending are required to register.
Program officials said participants should check with their doctors before signing up for the class, which will be held at the center, 340 W. Commonwealth Ave.
