Restaurants Name Operations Director
SANTA ANA — Harald Herrmann has taken over as director of operations for West Coast Restaurant Ventures Inc., which operates several better-known Orange County restaurants such as Kachina, Bistro 201 and Zuni Grill.
Orange County restaurateur David Wilhelm, who created many of West Coast’s restaurant concepts, resigned from his management role with the company in the fall, but remains as an investor.
