‘Batman’ Review
“Batman: The Mask of Phantasm,†an animated version of a Batman caper in which he battles a new villain, Phantasm, and playing citywide, also opens today. Because Warner Bros. did not make the film available for screenings, The Times’ review will appear Monday.
