Spreading Out: SC Funding, the largest privately held mortgage banking firm in Orange County, has expanded its office space at its new Plaza Tower quarters in Costa Mesa by 53%.
The company, which moved into the 21-story, stainless steel office building earlier this year, picked up 20,624 square feet of space to add to its original lease of 38,677 square feet. It now occupies the top three floors of the structure designed by architect Cesar Pelli.
