Nona Morelli’s Acquires Stakes in 2 Colorado Casinos

IRVINE — Nona Morelli’s II Inc. said it has bought stakes in two Colorado casinos by joining a newly formed partnership to oversee management of the two gaming halls.
The company, based in Irvine, said it has acquired a 4% stake in Eagle Gaming LP, which was formed to own the Horseshoe Casino now under construction in Black Hawk, Colo., and the Glory Hole Casino in Central City, Colo.
The company’s limited partnership in Eagle Gaming came after Nona Morelli’s transferred a portion of its holdings in another partnership, MDM Gaming LP. MDM Gaming, Nona Morelli’s, 131 Main Street Limited Liability Co. and Wild West Development Co. are all partners in Eagle Gaming.
