In the other Division II semifinal:
Laguna Beach 13, Diamond Bar 5--Lindsay Weiss helped the Artists move into the finals, sweeping at No. 2 singles, 6-2, 6-1, 6-0. Laguna Beach (21-3) won eight of nine singles matches. Diamond Bar ended the season 23-1.
