Comarco Posts $652,000 in Profit for 3rd Quarter

Comarco Inc., the Anaheim provider of wireless communications products, engineering services and facility management services, posted a profit of $652,000, or 12 cents a share, for its third fiscal quarter. That was down 33% from earnings of $969,000, or 18 cents a share, for the like period last year.

Revenue for the three months ended Oct. 31 declined 26% to $16.5 million from $22.4 million. For the first nine months of its fiscal year, the company reported a profit of $1.7 million, or 32 cents a share. That was down 29% from earnings of $2.4 million, or 43 cents a share, a year earlier. Nine-month revenue fell 24% to $49.1 million from $64.6 million.
