* The Dana Point City Council has spent thousands of taxpayers’ dollars appealing a petition to have the Headlands issue put on the ballot. Again, (it is) spending thousands of our dollars for a phone survey on the Headlands issue, which is of questionable value. Is the council afraid of the voters? The citizens of Dana Point want the Headlands issue on the ballot. Stop throwing our money away!
