Princess Di Wins Injunction on Photos

LONDON — Britain’s Princess Diana won a court injunction Monday barring publication of more “peeping Tom” photos of her exercising in a leotard, and her lawyers said she will sue the newspapers and gymnasium involved.
The lawyers, acting on behalf of the estranged wife of the heir to the throne, Prince Charles, took her case for an injunction before Justice Maurice Drake, armed with copies of the Sunday Mirror, which first published the color pictures taken with a hidden camera, and Monday’s Daily Mirror.
The princess’ lawyer, Anthony Julius, said a writ will be issued today alleging breach of confidence and breach of contract against the club, L.A. Fitness, and breach of confidence and inducing breach of contract against Mirror Group Newspapers.
