Rising College Fees

* I understand that the budget cuts are taking a toll on the schools, but by raising the fees, colleges are only allowing the wealthy to attend. As a result, fewer students will be educated and our economic condition will continue to be a problem. If more people could have the chance to go on to higher education, our country would probably improve.
