ROADS

As of Wednesday evening, the following roads and intersections remained closed:

* Pacific Coast Highway at Encinal Canyon Road, Kanan Dume Road, Malibu Canyon Road, Webb Way, Rambla Vista, Las Flores Canyon Road and Cross Creek Road

* Old Topanga Canyon Road at Old Church Road and Mulholland Highway

* Topanga Canyon Boulevard at Old Topanga Canyon Road

As of Wednesday evening, the following roads and intersections were restricted to resident traffic:

* Cold Canyon Road at Mulholland Highway

* Latigo Canyon Road at Kanan Dume Road

* Pacific Coast Highway at Corral Canyon Road

* Las Virgenes Road at Mulholland Highway

* Mulholland Highway at Kanan Dume Road

* Lost Hills Road at Las Virgenes Road

Other restrictions:

* Westbound traffic on Interstate 10 will be diverted at the Fourth Street off-ramp.

* Pacific Coast Highway will be open to residents from Temescal Canyon Road to Sunset Boulevard.

All Las Virgenes Unified School District campuses will remain open today and will follow their regular schedules. Information: (818) 880-4000.

* In the Los Angeles Unified School District, the following schools will remain closed:

Marquez Elementary School

Palisades High School

Pacific Palisades Elementary School

Topanga Elementary School will remain closed today and Friday, but students and staff are asked to report to Justice Street School, 23350 Justice St., Canoga Park.

Kenter Canyon Elementary School and Revere Middle School will be open and will follow their regular schedules.

Topanga Canyon residents can pick up their mail between noon and 5 p.m. at 1020 Colorado Ave., Santa Monica. Information: (310) 455-1134, (310) 576-2606.

* Malibu residents can pick up their mail between noon and 5 p.m. at 1248 Fifth St., Santa Monica. Information: (310) 456-2018, (310) 456-8260, (310) 576-2626.
