LETTERS : The Spam Squeeze

Interesting story you had about “A Man and His Spam” (Sept. 23). However, I thought it a bit ludicrous for Mr. Rubio to “squeeze out” the excess salt from the Spam, yet load the quiche with more than three cups of cheese and more than a 1/4 cup of butter.
