Chicago-based Tribune Co. said it is buying Boston television station WLVI from Gannett Co. for an undisclosed price. It plans to affiliate WLVI with the Warner Bros. Inc. network. . . .General Motors Corp. says its new minivans will be built in Doraville, Ga., at the plant that now manufactures the Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme. The tentatively named “Uvan” is expected to hit the market in 1996.
