Harbor Bank Gains Branches: The Santa Ana office of the Bank of San Diego will be relocated to an Irvine branch of Harbor Bank as part of an acquisition announced Monday.
Harbor Bank, based in Long Beach, on Monday acquired $31 million in assets by buying the Long Beach and Santa Ana branches of the Bank of San Diego, formerly Coast Bank, said James H. Gray, Harbor’s chairman. The Bank of San Diego was seized by federal regulators on Friday.
The Santa Ana accounts of the Bank of San Diego will be moved to Harbor’s Irvine branch at 9 Executive Circle.
