You can almost hear the bullets whizzing by your head as you listen to the Oakland rapper’s second full-length album, featuring tunes with such titles as “Trigga Happy,” “RIP” and “Runnin’ Out Da Crackhouse.” It’s the same old blood-spattered turf, but somehow Spice-1--whose raps often have a bone-chilling detachment--makes you feel as if you’re driving by it for the first time.
