OUR RICH & FAMOUS: The annual Forbes 400 Richest People in America issue hits the newsstands this week, and you’ll be relieved to know that Irvine Co. Chairman Donald Bren is still a billionaire. He’s listed 54th, at $1.3 billion. . . . Anne Catherine Getty Earhart and her sister, Claire Eugenia Getty Perry, both of Laguna Beach, remain on the list. Forbes figures they still have their same $400 million each. . . . Another repeat: Costa Mesa real estate mogul Katsumasa Sakioka, staying the same at $350 million. He’s also the oldest on the list, at 94.
