Industrial Parks to Be Auctioned: Two Orange County industrial parks will be put on the auction block as part of a large sale announced by the Mission Land Co. in Santa Monica, a real estate investment firm that owns and operates properties.
One of the parks is 98% occupied--Brea Industrial Park, a collection of eight buildings ranging from 24,000 to 65,000 square feet. Another is Garden Grove Industrial Park, which is eight buildings ranging from 20,000 to 70,000 square feet. That complex is currently 97% occupied.
Kennedy-Wilson Inc., a real estate marketing firm, will conduct the sale. Sealed bids are due by Nov. 12.
