THOUSAND OAKS : Man Arrested in Molestation of Girl
A 39-year-old Thousand Oaks man was arrested Friday on suspicion of sexually fondling an 8-year-old girl in two separate incidents this month, Ventura County sheriff’s detectives said.
Robert Bastarache was being held at on $10,000 bail, police said. The victim told police that Bastarache told her not to tell anyone about the incidents, authorities said.
