Tiptoeing Again
In your Aug. 1 Film Clips item on Tiny Tim’s attempt to break into acting, Mr. Tim states that the closest he’s come to breaking into the movies was the 1968 documentary “You Are What You Eat.†This is incorrect.
In 1987, Tiny Tim made a low-budget horror film titled “Blood Harvest,†in which he plays a circus clown accused of committing a series of murders.
Though the film has not yet been distributed (I was the co-screenwriter and co-producer), Tiny Tim acquitted himself nicely in the role. Not only is he a competent actor, but he was extremely professional.
So give the guy a job already.
