The Craft & Folk Art Museum seeks artists between the ages of 12 and 17 to submit designs for the 1993 International Festival of Masks T-Shirt design competition.
The winning artist will be awarded $200 and his/her design will be reproduced on T-shirts for the Festival of Masks to be held Oct. 16 and 17 in Los Angeles.
