Warner Center Project Is Too Vast Already
- Share via
* I am writing in response to the recent news surrounding the new developments in Warner Center. Let’s play a little math game now, shall we? OK. I can do this on my fingers.
Within the past year or so, about 10,000 jobs have been lost. The buildings are half empty, and no one is buying space. Now, does it make sense to spend oodles and oodles of money on new development when the existing development isn’t even halfway full and is halfway dying?
Please, people, use the money to improve what you have already built. Don’t make business-like morons out of yourself. Get out while you still can.
