* * 1/2 Tag Team, “Whoomp (There It Is),� Life/Bellmark. The rappers’ bass-heavy debut, featuring the whoomping title hit, has a high fun-factor. While not exactly advancing the rap genre, this Atlanta-based duo’s album, with its crude production quality, is refreshingly unpretentious and bursting with simple, head-bobbing charm.
