* W.S. Nielsen has been appointed senior regional vice president and branch administrator of Eldorado Bank in Tustin. He is responsible for the management and operations of the bank’s 10 branches. Nielsen was previously vice president, private banking with Banker’s Trust in Irvine. Prior to that, Nielsen spent 29 years in various positions with Bank of America.
