* Metropolitan Skills Center, 2801 W. 6th St. Offers vocational and academic programs, English as a Second Language and Vocational English as a Second Language. Open enrollment, minimal fees. * CARECEN, 1833 W. 8th St., Suite 201. Coordinates Youth Employment Project, also known as Nueva Generacion, which offers part-time jobs at $5 an hour for 12 youths, ages 16-20, every 14 weeks.
