Boy, 9, Playing With Rifle, Kills Brother, 10

LOGANTON, Pa. — A 9-year-old took a rifle from a closet and pulled the trigger, killing his 10-year-old brother, state police said.
David C. Lamey died Sunday after being shot in the chest in the bedroom he shared with his brother. State police said the younger brother did not know the gun was loaded. He was not charged.
