Robin Tole has been appointed division public affairs manager for GTE California in Orange County. She succeeds Tom Facon, who retired. Tole will serve as the company’s liaison in Orange County and represent GTE in Long Beach and Signal Hill, where she has been public affairs manager since 1989.
