Susan Kranzler Scibilia, 46, television producer and creator of educational films. Mrs. Scibilia began her career as a researcher at WCBS television in New York and later became a producer for WMAL in Baltimore and KOCE in Huntington Beach. In 1971, she became one of the first women to be admitted to the American Film Institute as a directing fellow, making a short film, “To Let.†In 1990, she and her husband, Ronald D. Scibilia, co-founded Two Roads, which produces educational and public information videos. On Thursday in Los Angeles of breast cancer.
