3-D Systems Posts Loss of $695,212 for Quarter
3-D Systems Inc. reported a loss of $695,212 for its first quarter ended April 2.
3-D is a Canadian company whose primary unit is 3D Systems Inc., a Valencia maker of machines that combine lasers, chemicals and a computer to rapidly manufacture plastic-like models of industrial parts and other products.
In its first quarter a year earlier, 3-D earned $208,210.
The quarterly loss came on revenue of $7.16 million, down from $7.33 million a year before.
