Entertainment: Hollywood’s new obsession with interactive technology is carrying over into the restaurant business. The planned Harley Davidson Cafe in New York--expected to compete this fall with the trendy Planet Hollywood and the Hard Rock Cafe--has hired an entertainment special effects expert, Allen Bank, to help create hog heaven. Plans call for an “interactive restaurant†that will simulate the feel of riding on a motorcycle. Promoters of the restaurant, owned by Marvin Azrak and Marc Packer, promise it will “merge the disparate worlds of sports, music, film, television and politics--whose only common tie is the love for Harley.â€
