Van, Truck Collide in India; 19 Die

JAMMU, India — A van carrying pilgrims to a Hindu mountain shrine collided Friday with an oncoming truck, killing at least 19 people and injuring six. The accident occurred near Kathua, 50 miles south of Jammu.
