Jack Priestly, 66, cinematographer who won two Emmys for his work on the television dramatic series “Naked City.” He also received the American Society of Cinematographers’ outstanding cinematography award in 1992 for the television series “The Trials of Rosie O’Neill.” His other television credits included “Colombo,” “Cagney & Lacey,” “Kojak” and “McCloud.” On Wednesday in Los Angeles of congestive heart failure.
