Actor Accused: Actor Judd Nelson has been accused of kicking a woman in the head during a disturbance at a Dallas restaurant after being taunted for not having appeared in any hit movies lately. But his companion at the time, “Beverly Hills, 90210” star Shannen Doherty--involved in her own barroom scuffle not long ago--reportedly called the incident an accident. Either way, police said they have filed a misdemeanor assault charge against Nelson over the incident Sunday morning in which Kim Evans, 21, of Dallas, suffered cuts inside her mouth. The misdemeanor charge is punishable by up to one year in the county jail and a fine of $3,000 if Nelson is convicted.
