* Kenneth M. Fischer has been appointed a vice president of Marine National Bank in Irvine. He will be in charge of a new preferred banking division, based at the office in Newport Center. Before joining Marine, Fischer was vice president and manager of priority banking for Union Bank in Newport Center.
