THEY’RE OFF: As Oxnard takes a serious look at gambling parlors as a revenue source (Section B), don’t expect off-track betting interests to be left at the gate. “We’re very concerned about any potential threat to our business,†said Mike Paluszak, manager of the Ventura County Fairgrounds.
