Stealing Wheels
Here is the National Insurance Crime Bureau’s latest list of the 25 most frequently stolen cars in the United States. According to the bureau, stolen cars tend to be older because a car in parts is worth three times its value whole. Also, older cars are easier to steal than new ones. Figures are for 1991:
