MONDAY WIPEOUT: The Rams expect to improve on last year’s 6-10 record--but the TV people aren’t impressed. New schedules released Wednesday (C2) show that for the second year in a row, ABC-TV has deemed the Rams unworthy of its Monday night telecasts. And the Rams’ Sunday games will only be televised regionally. . . . But they do have have one nationally televised game on cable: Thursday night, Oct. 14, against Atlanta, on Turner Network TV.
