California Amplifier Completes Stock Sale
California Amplifier, a Camarillo maker of microwave equipment, said it completed a public offering of 1 million shares of common stock at $8 a share. The company sold 800,000 shares, and 200,000 shares were sold by a trust established by a former company director.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to purchase CAMP Acquisition, the holder of 455,085 shares of the company’s common stock, and for the repayment of debt and for working capital purposes. California Amplifier also said it finalized a $4-million working capital arrangement with California United Bank.
