Search Firms Close European Merger: Korn/Ferry International, a major executive-search firm based in Los Angeles and New York, said it completed the merger of its European operations with certain lines of Carre Orban, a European search company based in Zurich. Terms were not disclosed. Korn/Ferry said it now has 47 offices in 25 nations, including 12 in Europe, where the firm will be known as Korn/Ferry Carre/Orban International.
