Chamber Laurels to 21: The Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce will applaud 21 local companies--both big and small--that voluntarily participate in environmental programs, such as recycling, at a breakfast awards ceremony April 14. Honorees include the Red Lion Hotel, Planet Hollywood restaurant, South Coast Plaza, Nurseryland Garden Center, the Los Angeles Times and Kaiser Elementary School.
The breakfast will take place from 7:15 to 8:45 a.m. at the Westin South Coast Plaza Hotel in Costa Mesa. Admission is $15 at the door.
