A RESOUNDING NO: ABC-TV’s “Prime Time” lead segment Thursday was about Ivan C. Namihas, the Tustin gynecologist who lost his license last summer after dozens of female patients claimed he sexually abused them. The district attorney says the statute of limitations bars prosecuting him. But ABC asked 25 of these former Namihas patients collectively if his losing his license was enough. Their emphatic, spontaneous answer: “No!”
