Cal State Tuition Hikes Spark Degrees of Retorts, Positions

I would like to thank Gov. Wilson, the Cal State University Board of Trustees and any and all lawmakers who are in agreement for making a college education an almost impossible proposition (“Plan OK’d to Nearly Double CSU Fees by ‘95,” March 18). In this age of global competition with other states, California needs an affordable college education for all Californians now more than ever.
