Michael Maslansky; Founding Partner of Film Industry PR Firm

Michael Maslansky, 55, founding partner of what today is PMK Public Relations, one of the largest and most influential publicity firms in the film industry. Maslansky represented such stars as Goldie Hawn, Sylvester Stallone, Liza Minnelli and Katharine Hepburn during his career. He began as a New York press agent in 1959 and came to Hollywood in 1973 to begin Maslansky/Koenigsberg, which merged in 1980 with Pickwick Public Relations to become PMK.
