GM Credit Card Expands North: General Motors Corp. and Toronto-Dominion Bank said they will offer a general purpose, no-annual-fee Visa credit card in Canada. The GM card, to be issued by Canada’s fifth-largest bank, will offer customers a rebate of 5% on card purchases, which can be applied toward the purchase or lease price of a new GM vehicle. Robert Korthas, president of Toronto-Dominion Bank, said it will be the first no-annual-fee credit card to be offered by a major bank in Canada.
