Judith A. Bijlani has become chairman of the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors. She is the first woman in the chamber’s 104-year history to hold that position. Bijlani succeeds retiring board Chairman Frank Wolfgang. Bijlani is senior marketing director with JMB Retail Properties Co. and oversees all marketing operations for MainPlace/Santa Ana.
