Argentina Admirer

This letter is in response to “Argentine Bureaucracy� (Letters, Feb. 14). We recently returned from an expedition cruise to Antarctica on the M.V. Northern Ranger, a Canadian-owned ship operated by Blyth Tours out of Toronto. Unlike letter writer Stuart Green’s ship, ours was never delayed due to “bureaucratic reasons.� Perhaps Green’s vessel was delayed not for fueling difficulties but for other problems, such as customs. We enjoyed our stay in Ushuaia and throughout our two-week journey in Argentina never encountered any bureaucracy, other than when we neared the border of Chile.
