Marking Milestones: Milton Berle, who has spent 80 of his 84 years in show biz, will receive a lifetime achievement award Thursday from NATPE International (National Assn. of Television Program Executives) in San Francisco. Steve Allen will make the presentation. . . . On Wednesday, NATPE is honoring Don Hall, chairman of Hallmark Cards, and the “Hallmark Hall of Fame” for “significant contributions to the television industry” over the last 40 years.
