An Open Reunion: HBO will open its signal to both regular cable subscribers and home satellite receivers on Sunday for the telecast of “An American Reunion: New Beginnings Renewed Hope,” the Quincy Jones-produced inauguration concert. HBO said it is widening its audience for the 8-10 p.m. special “in the spirit of this historic celebration for the people.”
