Whiz kid: Mike Landier, a sophomore computer whiz kid at Troy High School, has developed his own IBM computer lap top system to compile the Warrior boys’ basketball team statistics.
Landier tracks Troy’s basic statistics such as shooting percentage, rebounding, assists, steals, turnovers, etc. for the junior varsity and varsity teams. Unlike Trabuco Hills’ computer, Landier can operate his system solo.
He keeps a printer nearby the team’s press table and gives Coach T.J. Hardeman readouts at halftime and the conclusion of each game.
